are the wealthy.

The rent -controlled people,
the people that need rent control,
they're not the ones that are protected.
It's people that are usually wealthy

that have the connections
to get a rent -controlled apartment.
People that might need it,
they don't have to pay rent.
And it's a little fast.
I mean, that's a little bit like saying,
you know, people are out of

because they're lazy.

you own it, and you, you make your deal with all the residents,

that you wouldn't have money
on the Trump Tower in New York or
